Our Service Principle
At Bidsted we work hard to ensure that our customers feel valued and we this by assigning a dedicated team – a broker and his operator, who are tasked with servicing, executing, following up and proactively managing the client and the operation of the fixture. We are constantly responsive to critically important and crucial components of the customer´s business. We realize that the value is in the full service experience of the Bidsted offering – the brokering and the execution alike.

Our Integrity
Our position as deal catalysts and intermediaries depend – in fact, is contingent on – that the relationship we have with our clients, be founded on mutual trust and respect. This requires high standards – not only to our business ethics but crucially depends on our competencies and professional integrity.

We are not willing to enter in to cooperation with any party if this requires us to compromise on our approach to integrity and operating principles. We unwaveringly demand the same high standards from our clients and colleagues – also in the cases where we lose business or forgo opportunities.

On the Offensive
The nature of our business and our demand for results requires us to be very aggressive and preemptive in our approach to both business opportunities and operational challenges that our clients are faced with.

We accept both.
